Business Development Managers – NSW, VIC, WA

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Business Development Managers to join our sales teams in NSW, VIC and WA to develop business relationships and grow market share in workplace supplies.  You will possess the following skill set:

  • Proven track record of Business Development expertise in B2B market
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Highly driven and results orientated
  • Demonstrate competent computer skills
  • Be a team player with a winning attitude

Experience in the workplace supplies industry preferred but not essential.

Business Development Managers, Promotional Marketing Division – NSW, WA

We have vacancies for Business Development Managers in our rapidly growing Promotional Marketing division.

We offer our clients total fulfilment, warehousing and distribution from one of our warehouses.

This role is focused on new business development, utilising your own contact base and QCA's extensive customer base as a starting point.

You will be expected to have as a minimum:

  • 2 Years promotional products industry experience
  • Ability to service an existing client base, developing new strategies and concepts that will enhance our relationship with these clients
  • Actively identify new opportunities and close the deals
  • Achieve individual sales / profit budgets
  • Be able to cope with tight deadlines and handle the pressure situation
  • A track record of success & ability to use negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Be computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Have impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

The successful candidates will need to have demonstrable commercial awareness and have a successful track record in handling client accounts of leading 'household names'.

Your salary package will be negotiable based on experience and will consist of a base salary, car allowance + commissions.
